Under Construction Team
God has given us this time to rebuild at NHBC.
We see this as an opportunity to work with our elders, deacons, staff, ministry leads and the church body to renew our hearts as well as the building.
We are establishing leadership teams to focus on the transformation and rebuild of NHBC. Each of these will have their own workstream/focus but they also obviously overlap and will be working closely together. Below are the team leads and a brief description of each team.

Leadership and direction: Focus on our structure, our ministries and the opportunities we have to re-energize our approach to each of those so that we can continue to connect people to Christ and to each other in new and exciting ways
Renovation and facility: Wow – what a great opportunity to address some of the changes we have always wanted in our building to make it even more useful to families and ministries. New restrooms (and all the ladies said ALLELUIA!), classrooms, kitchen and so much more. Can’t imagine how God is going to use the building to build lives.
Planning and communications: We see this as an opportunity to address how we connect to each other… from our calendar planning to our approach to social media to how we position ourselves in Lake Highlands. NHBC has a chance to shine for Him and now is our time.
