Matt Prine

As the Global Engagement Coordinator for WorldVenture, Matt Prine spends his time connecting with pastors and churches that are seeking to partner with God’s mission to reach the nations. His passion for missions is balanced by his love of local churches - which are the true sending agencies of missionaries. This love was birthed out of his time that he has spent pastoring within the local church starting in 2006. Matt spent five years as the College Pastor of Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Sugar Land, TX, more than seven years as the Associate Pastor of The Sanctuary Fellowship in Richmond, TX, and currently serves as the Church Planting Pastor and Elder at Restoration Church Bryan, in Bryan, TX. Matt has been married to Cammy for 14 years and together they have five children, Jude (10), Jace (8), Jackson (6), Evangeline (3), and Jasper (1).

Frank & Rosa Pardue

For most of their first ten years in the Philippines with WorldVenture, Frank and Rosa's primary ministry was church planting, helping start two churches in Davao City, a city of over one million people on the southern island of Mindanao. In 1993 they helped start and taught at Koinonia Theological Seminary, an interdenominational seminary for the southern Philippines. In 1999, they moved to Manila to teach at International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL), training leaders all around Asia. Frank taught in the area of church planting, missions, and inter-cultural studies.

Meanwhile, Rosa has served as a counselor. After working as a lay counselor for over twenty years, Rosa completed a masters’ degree in Professional Counseling through Liberty University in 2011, and became an LPC. She served primarily as the resident counselor at IGSL where she trained lay counselors and pastoral counselors in the certificate-level and M.Div. programs, in addition to a small private-practice office that serves the Filipino community. In 2014 Frank and Rosa became Asia directors for WorldVenture, helping to develop and implement strategic cross-cultural work around Asia for the last 5
years. In 2020 they returned to IGSL, for Frank to become the director for the Doctor of Ministry program. Rosa has returned to her counseling work at IGSL and at large.

Frank and Rosa have three adult children: John and his wife Andrea, Caroline, and Stephen and his wife Teri, along with a total of seven grandchildren
