Why you will love this opportunity:
- Lake Highlands has all the charm and community pride of small town Texas, but with all the perks of living in one of the greatest cities in the country.
- As a children’s minister, you will love how rapidly Lake Highlands is growing young, with one new middle school currently being built and another established junior high being renovated to accommodate the boom in elementary aged population growth. We are also strategically positioned in the heart of Lake Highlands directly across from the local high school. You couldn’t ask for a better setup/location for children’s ministry.
- Finally, we know you will love working alongside the current leadership team at North Highlands. Rich Roush, the Lead Pastor, had nearly 20 years of vocational Next Gen ministry experience in North Texas before becoming the Lead Pastor at NHBC in December of 2022, and it won’t take you long to see that the rest of the staff is pretty rad, too. We are fully committed to seeing children’s ministry thrive at NHBC and would love to talk to you about it.
